Something in the air has changed here in the UK the last few days and even though it's still pretty warm I'm seeing leaves on the ground and I'm getting cravings for baking apple pie and hot chocolate and big cozy sweaters and long walks with the smell of the damp earth while you kick up leaves and misty mornings.
I'm not going to get much of a chance to do any of that though, as I'm off to drama school next week to start my new life as a mature student and living in all black everything: tracksuits, trainers, jazz shoes etc. So while I still have a week to organise the final few bits of stuff like trying to get myself registered on all the student versions of everything (after paying £56 a month on Adobe for over a decade I swear to god I heard a heavenly choir when I found out I could convert to a student account for 70% off) I'm making a few bits to go on Etsy to help fund my journey through the year ahead because breathing in London is expensive.
My dark floral phone theme has been super successful so I've made a dark fall one to follow it up - give the people what they like, right?. The vibes I wanted it to give are crunchy leaves, cozy jumpers, apple pie, pumpkin spice everything, fantasy libraries with roaring fires, leather armchairs, endless marshmallow hot chocolates and a lil somethin' spooky because lets be real, even as a Brit in a country that doesn't really do Halloween, who doesn't love ghost stories and an otherworld shrouded in mist and mystery.
